Region 1 plays region 2 in the first cross-region round; region 3 plays region 4; and so on. The current four-region Wisconsin layout is just one preset — any power-of-two region count works.

Custom Build creates the bracket with no structure yet. Add entrants, then use the Structure tab to hand-build rounds, matchups, byes and advancement wiring.

Advancement is always admin-confirmed in this version — a suggested pattern for later automation, but never automatic today. Checking the box below just highlights the current vote leader when you confirm a tiebreak or winner; it changes nothing in the database.
