The Fox Point Village Board approved a conditional use permit for The Porticos to convert two tennis courts to pickleball courts on October 13, 2026.

The Porticos is located at 500 W. Bradley Road in Fox Point. The approved conversion involves two existing tennis courts at the apartment community.
Permit approval does not mean the converted courts are already open. A completion date, opening date and details about who may use the courts have not been confirmed in this update. Readers should not assume this is a new public, drop-in pickleball facility.
