New at Bayshore: Pho Love Opens, Plus New Stores and More Coming Soon
A new pho restaurant is the newest reason to make a trip to Bayshore.
Pho Love is now open, joining a wave of new restaurants, shops and fitness destinations at the Glendale shopping center. Carhartt and Concrete have also opened their doors, while First Watch, Four Winds Lounge and Kaizen House of Athletics are preparing to welcome visitors.
Here’s what’s new and what’s coming next.
Updated October 11, 2026. Opening dates may change.
Pho Love: Now Open
Where: 430 W. Silver Spring Drive
Status: Open
Pho Love leads Bayshore’s latest restaurant arrivals, with an October 3 opening reported by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Its menu includes Vietnamese pho noodle soups, banh mi sandwiches, stir-fried dishes, pad thai and lo mein. That gives families options for a sit-down dinner, a quick lunch or takeout on the way home.
Bayshore’s official Pho Love listing describes a menu drawing on Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai cuisines, with dine-in, takeout and delivery available.
For North Shore residents, the opening adds another nearby option for the kind of warming noodle soup that feels especially welcome as fall settles in.

Carhartt: Now Open
Where: 5707 N. Centerpark Way
Status: Opened September 24, 2026
Carhartt has opened its second Wisconsin store at Bayshore, bringing workwear, everyday clothing, footwear and accessories for men, women and children to a roughly 5,000-square-foot space.
The store adds a new stop for shoppers looking for durable layers as Wisconsin heads into colder weather. Its other Wisconsin location is at the Mayfair Collection in Wauwatosa.
Concrete: Now Open
Status: Opened September 2026
Another new shopping addition is Concrete, a streetwear retailer that opened in September.
According to Concrete’s Bayshore store page, the shop carries apparel for men, women and children, along with accessories, fragrances and other fashion merchandise. It gives shoppers another clothing option to explore between Bayshore’s larger national retailers.
First Watch: Opening October 26
Where: 590 W. Northshore Drive
Status: Scheduled to open October 26, 2026
Breakfast and brunch are next on Bayshore’s dining calendar.
First Watch has announced an October 26 opening in the former Buffalo Wild Wings space. The daytime café will serve breakfast, brunch and lunch, with favorites including lemon ricotta pancakes, avocado toast and its sweet-and-spicy “Million Dollar Bacon.”
The approximately 3,900-square-foot restaurant will also feature a bar and patio. Announced operating hours are 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.
For families, it could become an easy starting point for a weekend outing: breakfast first, followed by browsing books, shopping or another Bayshore stop.
Four Winds Lounge: Opening November 1
Where: 5710 N. Centerpark Way
Status: Scheduled to open November 1, 2026
One of Bayshore’s more unusual additions is built around gathering at a game table.
Four Winds Lounge has announced that its dedicated Mah Jongg lounge and retail space will open November 1. The business offers instruction from certified teachers and brings experience teaching beginners as well as established players.
The Bayshore space will combine game-related shopping with opportunities to learn and play. Small-group lessons, private parties and other events are part of the business’s offerings.
For anyone curious about Mah Jongg—or looking for a new activity to try with friends—this is an opening to watch.
Kaizen House of Athletics: Coming Fall 2026
Where: 501 W. Northshore Drive, Suite 200
Status: Coming soon; official website lists fall 2026
Kaizen House of Athletics is planning a substantial new fitness and wellness destination at Bayshore.
The nearly 50,000-square-foot facility will combine workout spaces, coaching, courts, studios and areas for relaxing and connecting with other members. Its founders are Dr. Ryan Poolay and Chad Meier.
Planned amenities include:
Strength and cardio equipment.
Pilates and yoga studios.
A turf training area.
Basketball and volleyball courts.
Indoor pickleball courts.
Recovery spaces and a dry sauna.
A café and social space.
Kaizen’s official website still identifies the opening as fall 2026, without a specific opening day. Membership information is available now.
HOTWORX: Open Now
Where: 480 W. Silver Spring Drive, Suite K-118
Status: Open
HOTWORX at Bayshore is another fitness addition that visitors can already check out.
The studio offers virtually instructed workouts inside infrared saunas, including hot yoga, Pilates and shorter high-intensity sessions. Members have 24-hour access, while first visits and introductory sessions take place during staffed hours.
Although the studio uses “Whitefish Bay” in its location name, its Bayshore address is in Glendale.
Nona Nutrition: Still Coming Soon
Planned location: 5694 N. Centerpark Way
Status: Coming soon; no confirmed opening date
Nona Nutrition remains on Bayshore’s list of upcoming businesses, but its original opening timeline has shifted.
The planned café was announced for 5694 Centerpark Way. More recent reporting says construction delays have pushed the project back, with no set opening date yet.
Nona’s café menu features smoothies, açaí bowls and coffee, while the broader business also sells apparel and wellness products. Bayshore continues to identify Nona Nutrition as “coming soon.”
Spirit Halloween: Open for the Season
Status: Seasonal store now open
If your Bayshore visit includes a Halloween shopping mission, Spirit Halloween is currently listed as open in the shopping center’s directory.
This is a seasonal addition, so check Bayshore’s current store listings before making a special trip.

For visitors, the clearest upcoming dates to put on the calendar are First Watch on October 26 and Four Winds Lounge on November 1, with Kaizen and Nona still worth watching.
