What Happens at Packers Family Night?

Family Night serves as the public introduction of the 2026 Green Bay Packers. Although it feels a little like a game, the main event is a full team practice designed to help the Packers prepare for the regular season.

The game-like atmosphere makes it especially appealing to families with younger children who may not be ready for the expense or intensity of a regular-season game.

The 2026 event is scheduled to include:

Packers Family Night Parking

Fans who want to park in an official Lambeau Field lot must purchase a mobile parking pass in advance. Parking passes were offered during the Family Night ticket checkout process for $5.16, including fees.

Only one parking pass can be purchased per ticket transaction. The pass must be displayed on a mobile device when entering the lot.

Most parking in the Lambeau Field and Titletown lots was already sold out when Family Fest details were announced. Families can continue checking Ticketmaster in case additional parking becomes available.

Other Parking Options

Neighborhood parking: Street parking may be available in the neighborhoods around Lambeau Field. Pay close attention to posted restrictions, temporary signs and local parking ordinances.

Paid residential parking: Homeowners near the stadium commonly sell parking spaces in yards and driveways during Packers events. Prices and walking distances vary.

Nearby business parking: Some businesses around Lambeau Field may offer paid parking. Confirm that event parking is permitted before leaving your vehicle.

Titletown parking: A very limited number of first-come, first-served spaces may be available for purchase on the day of the event. Drivers should enter from Lombardi Avenue. Tailgating is not permitted in the Titletown parking lot.

Families can begin their day at the free Family Fest at Titletown before walking to Lambeau Field.

Packers Training Camp

Family Night is part of the larger Green Bay Packers Training Camp, which begins Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

Most public practices are held at Ray Nitschke Field across from Lambeau Field. Admission to those practices is free, although seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Public practices are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m., but dates and times are subject to change. Practices moved indoors because of weather or other circumstances are closed to the public.

DreamDrive Bike Tradition

One of the most memorable training-camp traditions is American Family Insurance DreamDrive.

Children bring bikes to Lambeau Field and offer Packers players a ride to Ray Nitschke Field before practice. A player rides the child’s bike while the child walks alongside and carries the player’s helmet.

Participation is never guaranteed, and the tradition takes place during public practices rather than Family Night inside Lambeau Field. Families hoping to participate should arrive early with an appropriately sized bike and be prepared for large crowds.

Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame

The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame will be open from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, August 7.

A few important details:

• Hall of Fame admission is separate from a Family Night ticket.

• During these hours, the Hall of Fame is open only to guests holding Family Night tickets.

• Lambeau Field Stadium Tours will not be offered on Family Night.

Lambeau Field Bag Policy

Lambeau Field’s carry-in policy applies during Family Night.

Bags and purses are prohibited unless they are made of clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and measure no more than 12 by 6 by 12 inches.

Stadium cushions are not permitted. However, stadium seats and pads are allowed if they:

• Do not have pockets

• Do not have zippers

• Measure 18 inches wide or less

The Packers will not issue refunds because of inclement weather unless every scheduled stadium activity—from the 5:30 p.m. opening through the fireworks show—is canceled.
