Pizzeria Di Lusso Eyes Fall Opening in Shorewood

A new neighborhood pizzeria is getting closer to opening on Oakland Avenue in Shorewood.

Pizzeria Di Lusso, a New Jersey-inspired restaurant from the owners of Bay View’s Sorella, is preparing to open at 4511 N. Oakland Ave. The new restaurant will take over the former Nana Asian Fusion space next to Three Lions Pub.

Pizzeria Di Lusso now announces a November 3 opening on its official website. The restaurant is at 4511 N. Oakland Avenue in Shorewood. Shorewood’s Judiciary, Personnel and Licensing Committee discussed the license applications during its Sept. 9 meeting and voted unanimously to recommend their approval to the full Shorewood Village Board.

At the September 9 meeting, Toner described an earlier four-to-six-week estimate. The restaurant’s current announcement now gives November 3 as the planned opening date.
