New Village-Wide Scavenger Hunt: Spot It, Shorewood!
There’s a new way to explore Shorewood this spring — and it could win you a local gift card along the way.
The Shorewood Foundation is launching “Spot It, Shorewood!”, a community scavenger hunt designed to celebrate the organization’s new website and refreshed logo while encouraging residents to get out and explore the Village.
The hunt officially kicks off Thursday, May 14 during the Shorewood Art Walk and runs through June 26, ending during the Shorewood Criterium Classic.
How Spot It, Shorewood Works
Each Thursday, the Shorewood Foundation will release a new clue on its website. Participants will use the clue to search for a hidden Shorewood Foundation logo decal somewhere around the Village.
Once you find the decal, simply scan the QR code and submit your entry for a chance to win.
Every week, two winners will receive a $100 gift card to a local Oakland Avenue business.
The scavenger hunt is designed to be a fun, family-friendly way to discover Shorewood while supporting local businesses and connecting with the community.
Participants can expect new clues every Thursday from May 14 through June 26, giving families, neighbors, and visitors plenty of opportunities to join in throughout the spring and early summer.
Organizers also ask participants to leave the decals in place once they find them so others can enjoy the experience too.
