Best Raspberry U-Pick Farms Near Milwaukee’s North Shore

Summer berries are here, and local farms are opening their U-pick raspberry fields for families. In Southeastern Wisconsin, raspberries typically ripen by mid-summer (often July) and continue into fall. Below are some top farms within about a 30–45 minute drive of Milwaukee’s North Shore where you can pick fresh raspberries. Lannon Sunflower Farm (Menomonee Falls)

Witte’s Vegetable Farm (Cedarburg)

Hours: During the summer season (mid-July to Sept.), the farm stand is open Monday–Saturday 8 AM–8 PM, Sunday 10 AM–4 PM. Fields close 2 hours before the stand closes.

Henke’s Upick Raspberries (Jackson)

Features: A small family-owned berry farm specializing in raspberries. It’s a simple U-pick operation with parking at the roadside stand. No reservations needed – just show up during open hours.
Jelli’s Market (Helenville)

Cost: U-pick raspberries are about $5 per pint (Pre-picked berries may be available when fields close.)
Features: A large farm market and bakery run by the Snoebel family. Besides raspberries, Jelli’s offers strawberries, blueberries, peaches, and vegetables to pick (and a wide range of farm-fresh items in the store). It’s very family-friendly, with picnic areas and a petting zoo.
