What Families Need to Know

  • No appointment required – just walk in.

  • Shots are available while supplies last.

  • Bring your insurance card for both adults and kids.

  • Kids who are uninsured or on Medicaid can receive flu shots at no cost.

  • Adults can access regular and high-dose flu vaccines, with insurance billed directly.

Other Vaccines Available

If you’re looking for more than just flu protection, Pick ’n Save and Metro Market pharmacies will also be onsite with additional vaccines, including COVID-19, RSV, pneumococcal, and shingles (depending on eligibility). Their pharmacists are in-network with most commercial insurance plans, as well as Medicaid and Medicare.

Quick Tip

Flu viruses change every year, so annual vaccination is the best way to reduce the risk of illness and keep the whole family healthy during the colder months.
