Fourth of July in Brown Deer 2026: Fireworks, Food Trucks, Live Music and Family Fun
Brown Deer is celebrating the Fourth of July with an evening of family-friendly fun at Village Park and Pond. The 2026 celebration brings together food trucks, a corn roast, bingo, kids activities, live music and fireworks for a classic summer night in Milwaukee’s North Shore.
The event takes place Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Village Park, located at 4920 S. Greenbrook Terrace in Brown Deer. It’s a great spot for families because the park sits near Brown Deer Pond and includes open green space, walking paths, picnic shelters and a play structure.

4:30–5:30 PM — Kids Activities
Families with younger kids will want to arrive early for the children’s activities before the music and fireworks.

Live music from The King Fish Band will carry the celebration into the evening.
8:30 PM — Raffle Winners Announced
Raffle tickets are $10 and available in limited quantities at Village Hall. Prizes are listed as $1,000 for first place, $600 for second place and $400 for third place.
9:00 PM — Fireworks
The night ends with Brown Deer’s fireworks display at 9:00 PM.
Before you go
Because the main activities begin at 4:00 PM and fireworks are scheduled for 9:00 PM, this is a manageable evening celebration rather than a full-day commitment. Families with young kids may want to arrive for the kids activities, grab dinner from the food trucks, listen to some music and then decide whether to stay through fireworks.
Bring lawn chairs or a blanket, cash for bingo, and extra patience for parking as the evening crowd grows. Since the fireworks begin at 9:00 PM, plan to claim your viewing spot before dusk.
The pond will have condensed Fourth of July hours from noon to 5:00 PM, so families who want to make a longer day of it can pair pond time earlier in the afternoon with the evening celebration.
