The Wisconsin State Fair’s Original Cream Puffs have been a Fair tradition since 1924—and an average of 300,000 are enjoyed each year. The 2026 Wisconsin State Fair runs August 6–16, bringing back the Original and Chocolate favorites alongside a brand-new limited flavor created for the Fair’s 175th anniversary.

2026 Cream Puff Flavor Lineup
Original Cream Puff
The classic features a light pastry shell filled with whipped cream and finished with powdered sugar. It is available in singles, 3-Packs and 6-Packs throughout all 11 days of the Fair.
Chocolate Cream Puff
The Chocolate Cream Puff returns for 2026 and is available every day in singles, 3-Packs and 6-Packs.
Fair-aschino Cherry Cream Puff: A Cheers to 175 Years!
The new limited-edition flavor combines notes of grenadine, ginger ale and maraschino cherry. It is sold as a single for $7 and is available only at the Dairy Building in limited batches, so arrive early if it is a must-try.

2026 Cream Puff Drive-Thru
The drive-thru operates Monday, August 10 through Friday, August 14 from 7–9 a.m. at Wisconsin State Fair Park, 640 S. 84th Street in West Allis. Vehicles enter Gate 7 from Kearney Street, and the QR code from the order confirmation is required at pickup.
Drive-thru pricing:
• 3-Pack Original: $17
• 6-Pack Original: $28
• 3-Pack Chocolate: $20
• 6-Pack Chocolate: $32
• Combo Box with three Original and three Chocolate: $33
Pre-order by the day before pickup to guarantee availability. Presale prices are lower through August 5 at 11:59 p.m. CT. The $22 six-pack voucher cannot be redeemed at the drive-thru.
Delivery Option
Original Cream Puffs offers delivery August 6–16 from 8 a.m.–4 p.m. within a 25-mile radius of State Fair Park. The minimum order is 10 dozen and a $50 delivery charge applies. Delivery pricing is $50 per dozen for Original and $60 per dozen for Chocolate.

Cream Puff Lovin’ Celebration
The Cream Puff Lovin’ Celebration takes place Saturday, August 15 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. at Central Park. Presented by UW Credit Union, it features family-friendly activities centered on Wisconsin’s iconic dessert.
UW Credit Union will also provide a free Original Cream Puff to the first 100 fairgoers in line at the Dairy Building each morning of the Fair.
