American Family Field's 25th Season

25 seasons of American Family Field

On July 25, the Brewers will celebrate the 25th Season of American Family Field, a quarter-century of incredible baseball memories. This monumental celebration is designed to be an all-day festival for the fans, brimming with nostalgia, star power, and unprecedented access.

The highlight of the 25th Season Celebration is the highly anticipated Alumni Home Run Derby, set to take place after the 3:10 p.m. Brewers-Marlins game on July 25. This is not just a friendly exhibition; it is promised to be a "fun and fierce competition" 5 featuring some of the most beloved Brewers legends.

The derby will showcase fan favorites and Brewers icons, with team captains Ryan Braun and Carlos Gómez leading the charge. They will be joined by a roster of power hitters and fan darlings including Yovani Gallardo, Bill Hall, Corey Hart, Casey McGehee, Nyjer Morgan, and Eric Thames.

Longtime Brewers coach Ed Sedar and alum George Kottaras will serve as the pitching and catching duo. The celebration will also feature a broader lineup of alumni circulating throughout the day, including Keon Broxton, Prince Fielder, Jimmy Nelson, Jace Peterson, Corey Knebel, Dan Kolb, Mark Loretta, Mike Moustakas, Ben Sheets, Eric Sogard, and Randy Wolf.

The derby promises excitement with a "school-yard pick" style draft for teams. Each batter will get two minutes to hit as many home runs as possible, with the last 30 seconds featuring "golden baseballs" that count for three runs each, adding a dramatic twist!

Following the team competition, the two players with the highest individual home run scores will battle it out in a final round. All fans in attendance at Friday's game are invited to stay and watch the Home Run Derby, with concession stands re-opening for the festive occasion.

Brewers alumni will be actively circulating throughout American Family Field, engaging with fans in unique ways, including pouring drinks at various bars and even helping ring up items at the retail stores.

From 1:50 p.m. to 4:35 p.m., various alumni will be stationed along the warning track for dedicated autograph sessions. All ages are welcome, and alumni will sign special autograph cards for fans. To capture a lasting memory, from 1:50 p.m. to 4:10 p.m., fans can take pictures with their favorite former Brewers players on the Terrace Level outside Section 439.

The variety and accessibility of alumni interactions, including autograph sessions, photo opportunities, and even unexpected encounters like alumni pouring drinks or working retail, go far beyond typical fan engagement. This multi-faceted approach transforms a standard game day into a highly personalized and immersive experience.

To make the 25th Season Celebration even sweeter, the Brewers are rolling out special discounts on game day essentials.

Fans can arrive early and enjoy draft beers and brats, which will be available for just $2.50 until first pitch. This represents a fantastic deal for pre-game festivities. To acquire Brewers gear at a discount, a 25 percent discount will be offered on select items at the Brewers Team Store (Home Plate and left-field locations). The offering of $2.50 draft beers and brats until first pitch and a 25% discount on select merchandise is a clever dual-purpose approach.

Perfect Day at the Ballpark: Tickets & Bundles

The popular Sunday Fun-Day Bundle makes its welcome return for 2025, offering one of the best value ticket packages available for all Sunday home games. For just $81, this incredible bundle includes four Terrace Outfield tickets, four junior hot dogs, four junior sodas, and one general parking pass. It is the perfect, hassle-free option for families looking to enjoy a day at the ballpark without breaking the bank. The reintroduction of the Sunday Fun-Day Bundle 1 represents a clear strategic move aimed at making Brewers games more accessible and affordable for families, a crucial demographic for sustained attendance. By packaging tickets, food, drinks, and parking into a single, attractive price point ($65), the Brewers are directly addressing common barriers to attendance such as cost and convenience. This comprehensive bundle simplifies the decision-making process for families, offering a clear value proposition that encourages repeat visits and positions American Family Field as a prime destination for family outings. It demonstrates a commitment to broadening the team's appeal and ensuring that baseball remains an affordable and enjoyable experience for all.
