Milwaukee 414 Day 2026: the complete guide

Milwaukee Day

Dozens of restaurants, breweries, attractions, and cultural events are running 414 Day specials on April 14, 2026. The biggest additions include a free all-ages festival at the Deer District, $4.14 admission at the Milwaukee County Zoo, the Brewers' 414-themed home game, free ice cream at Jr's Treats and Ben & Jerry's, and $4.14 pints at MobCraft Beer.

The Deer District hosts free outdoor festival

The anchor event you're missing is the 414 Day Festival at the Deer District (1133 N. 4th St., outside Fiserv Forum), running 2–8 PM with free admission. It features live music, local art installations, hometown vendors, and activities for all ages. This is the largest single gathering space for 414 Day and draws heavy foot traffic.

That same evening, the Milwaukee Brewers host the Toronto Blue Jays at American Family Field at 6:40 PM. The first 10,000 fans receive an exclusive 414-themed shirt designed by Unfinished Legacy. The Marquette Gospel Choir performs the national anthem, and a Milwaukee Makers Market is set up inside the ballpark.

For early risers, the Morning Glow at the Hoan Bridge (531 S. Water St.) runs 6–8 AM with free coffee, a live DJ, a group run, and guided yoga beneath a special 414 Day light show on the bridge. The Hoan Bridge also gets a special illumination display in the evening.

$4.14 food and drink deals span the entire city

The magic price point is $4.14, and a remarkable number of venues have built their menus around it:

For freebies, Jr's Treats (624 N. Water St.) is scooping free chocolate and vanilla ice cream cones from 11 AM–8 PM, no purchase necessary. Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day coincidentally falls on April 14 this year — their Historic Third Ward location (203 N. Broadway) and other participating shops offer unlimited free scoops (one per visit, rejoin the line between servings). BelAir Cantina is handing out free breakfast burritos and cucumber mint agua fresca at the City Hall Flag Drop starting at 11 AM while supplies last.

Additional venues confirmed to be running 414 Day specials (check their social media for specifics): Brownstone Social Lounge (414 specials all day, John's Thin Crust Pizza, music by DJ Vel, and a giveaway), Summer of '85, Cream City Social Eatery, and Sherman Phoenix Marketplace (3536 W. Fond du Lac Ave.).

The Zero Proof Pass, a pocket guide unlocking nonalcoholic drink specials at roughly 24 Milwaukee establishments including Broken Bat Brewing, La Piña, and Hill Valley Dairy, is discounted to $14.14 (normally $20) for the entire month of April.
