Lake Park Outdoor Concert Series Line-Up for 2025
Lake Park’s grand oak canopy and historic Summer Stage set the scene for one of Milwaukee’s most beloved outdoor traditions. Now in its 26th season, Lake Park Friends’ Music in the Park offers free concerts twice a week, making it easy to squeeze culture, fresh air, and family time into even the busiest calendar. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs, let the kids explore the nearby playground, and soak up golden-hour tunes with the skyline peeking through the trees.
Musical Mondays - 6:30 – 8 pm
Eight eclectic acts every Monday:
July 7 | Sinkane – genre-blurring Sudanese-American funk/soul ensemble
July 14 | Bonerama – New Orleans brass-driven rock-’n-soul
July 21 | Mississippi Heat – Chicago blues powerhouse
July 28 | Chloe Kimes – rising Americana storyteller
Aug 4 | The Kentucky Gentlemen – twin-fronted country/R&B mix
Aug 11 | Dwayne Dopsie & the Zydeco Hellraisers – high-energy Louisiana squeeze-box grooves
Aug 18 | Laura Rain & The Caesars – Detroit-bred retro-soul dynamite
Aug 25 | The R&B Cadets – Milwaukee’s own dance-floor favorites
Wonderful Wednesdays - 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Perfect for pint-sized listeners (but grown-ups will hum along, too!).
July 9 | Fox and Branch – interactive folk fun
July 16 | Main Street Song & Dance Troupe – Broadway-style youth revue
July 23 | Yid Vicious Klezmer Ensemble – joyous global rhythms
July 30 | Little Miss Ann – indie kids’ rock with a Midwest heart
Aug 6 | Duke Otherwise – quirky sing-along storytelling
Aug 13 | Susan Salidor – award-winning children’s songwriter
Tip: During the July 23–Aug 3 window, the Traveling Beer Garden parks right by the stage, pouring craft brews and serving park-friendly bites. Grab a soft-serve for the kids and a locally brewed lager for yourself.
