One of the Milwaukee County Parks’ most beloved traditions returns with the Traveling Beer Garden making a stop in Doctor’s Park in Fox Point this summer. With great local music, cold craft brews, and beautiful park settings, these stops offer fun for the whole family. Whether you're meeting friends for a relaxing evening or bringing the kids for an afternoon adventure, there's something for everyone.

Operating Hours & What to Expect

The Traveling Beer Garden operates with consistent hours throughout the season:

Monday–Friday: 5 PM–9 PM Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 11 AM–9 PM Live Music: 5 PM–8 PM daily

Family Pro Tips

  • Music is from 5–8 pm, but the beer garden is open Monday–Friday from 5–9 pm and weekends and holidays from 11 am–9 pm.

  • Parking can fill up quickly, especially on weekends—arrive early or bike in if you can.

  • Most locations are stroller- and picnic-friendly.

  • Water bottles and snacks for the kids are always a good idea.
